Designed not only for the golden years
At „Rege Residence – Szepkoruak Otthona”, we are aware of how important keeping in touch with their families is for our residents, which is why we took every tiny detail into careful consideration. Grandkids can take over the playground while the family enjoys the view of the lovely garden and proximity to nature. For the winter time we designed an indoor playing area for children.

Located in the calm area of the 2nd district, „Rege Residence – Szepkoruak Otthona” is close to nature. Our establishment is surrounded by forest and hills making it also ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.
The ease of access for you and your families was one of our priorities. From Szell Kalman (Moszkva) Square it takes 10 minutes by car and 13 minutes by public transport using the 22 and 22A buses.
Our story
The founders of „Rege Residence – Szepkoruak Otthona” are involved and in the hospitality segment for over 30 in Hungary, developing and managing luxury hotels like the Ritz-Carlton (in the past Le Meridien Hotel). As well partner and constactor of over a thousand high quality apartments in Hungary over the years.
