We welcome all residents over the age of 75 who complete and sign the application form available on our website and provide a full medical record of their health, so that we can provide the highest level of care to meet their individual needs and requirements.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate addicts and people with serious psychiatric illness.
Of course, Rege Pension House also welcomes residents with foreign nationality.
Our institution is a retirement apartment house, which offers premium services.
Of course, our institution is easily accessible by bus number 22, 22A and 222 from Széll Kálmán Square, and our building is located right next to the bus stop on Dénes Street.
At the moment we still have a limited number of apartments available, but in view of the increased interest, it is advisable to start the recruitment process as soon as possible.
We sign a contract with our tenants when they move in, specifying the number and parameters of the room they have chosen, with conditions that guarantee their right to use it for life. However, it is important to note that the right to use the rooms cannot be inherited.
We currently offer 22 m2, 33 m2 and 44 m2 apartments with and without balcony. All apartments are furnished, equipped with TV and fridge, have a separate toilet and a bathroom with disabled access.
The Rege Retirement Home has its own in-house doctor, psychiatrist, 24-hour nursing service, electronic nurse call system, physiotherapist and dietician. In case of medical examinations, patient transport is provided at an extra charge.
It is not possible to buy a flat in our institution, we offer fixed-term and indefinite occupancy rights to our future residents.
In line with the principle of active and free ageing, our residents are not restricted in their freedom by any external circumstances. Depending on their physical and mental condition, they can spend their daily lives as they are used to. Our recreational staff organise leisure activities for our residents, which are available free of charge.
In order to comply with current fire regulations and for the safety of our residents, the kitchen is not included in the available rooms. But this is not necessary, as our residents are fully catered for.
Of course. Our residents can voluntarily declare their religious affiliation when they move in. We are also happy to help with religious meals.
As one of the first pension houses in Hungary, we welcome our residents’ pets in our institution – in compliance with the conditions set out in our House Rules.
Of course, all our residents can have visitors in their own rooms. In addition, our restaurant and common rooms are also available for hosting guests and family celebrations.
